- 1 Banana
- 2 TBSP Nut Butter
- 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
- 1 Dash Cinnamon
- Peel Banana. Set on plate and spread nut butter generously over. Sprinkle hem seeds and other favourite toppings. Top with a couple dashes of cinnamon.
