OMG Dairy Free Pesto
This one-hit wonder makes the creamiest, most luxurious pesto. I love it with gluten-free pasta like lentil or chic pea pasta. It also acts as a sandwich spread, dip, marinade or fish topper and is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and is a true beauty food. - 1/2 cups Nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cups Olive oil
- 1 bunch Basil thick stems removed, thin are fine
- 1/3 cups Raw walnuts
- Juice of a whole lemon
- Add all ingredients to high powered blender or food processor.
- Blend till smooth.
- You might need to add a little water to smooth it out and make it thinner.
