OMG Dairy Free Pesto

This one-hit wonder makes the creamiest, most luxurious pesto. I love it with gluten-free pasta like lentil or chic pea pasta. It also acts as a sandwich spread, dip, marinade or fish topper and is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and is a true beauty food. So get blending and start adding to your fave foods. Double the recipe (trust me) and store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to a week. YUM!


  • Blender


  • 1/2 cups Nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cups Olive oil
  • 1 bunch Basil thick stems removed, thin are fine
  • 1/3 cups Raw walnuts
  • Juice of a whole lemon


  • Add all ingredients to high powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • You might need to add a little water to smooth it out and make it thinner.
