- 1 bunch basil, thick stems removed. Thinner ones are fine.
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup raw walnuts
- Juice of a whole lemon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to high powered blender or food processor.
Blend till smooth.
You might need to add a little water to smooth it out and make it thinner.
