Warm Chia Smoothie

This yummy warm smoothie—hello winter detox—was adapted from my fav celebrity gal Gwyneth’s website. I took the base that she uses when she is on a Junger CLEAN Cleanse and Nourished it up a bit. The result: a savoury, protein-infused and satisfying morning breakfast or 4 pm pick-me up.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups Warm brewed rooibos chai tea
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 cups Almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend and serve warm. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Yum
