Turmeric Tonic Tea

- 1/3 cups Raw honey
- 2 1/2 tsp Dried turmeric
- 1/2 Juice of a lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cups Hot water not boiling
- Mix together raw honey, tumeric and pepper into a paste in a dish. Add a heaping teaspoon to your favorite mug. Add hot water, lemon juice and pepper.
