Thai Salad Dressing

This is a light and refreshing dressing great on any salad—simple green or hearty kale. Perfect side dish to other warm winter curries, lentils and soups already posted here. The spices and herbs in the dressing make for a wonderful detoxification and cleanse aid. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Chilis any type
  • 2 inches Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 1-2 Juice of lemons
  • 2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sugar
  • Bunch of roots coriander keep leaves for salad

Instructions
 

  • Put all in a glass jar and shake well. Lasts for 1 week in fridge.
