Another take on my latest craze—bite size protein balls. These are a great palette cleanser, the perfect snack to satiate the sweet craving or a fabulous and easy dessert packed with Vitamin C, healthy fats hello Omegas, calcium and potassium.
- 1 cup chopped dates (pits remov
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes
- Coconut sugar to dust them with
Put all ingredients except coconut flakes into food processor. Blend until mixed well. With dampened hands, roll into balls. Roll each ball in the dried coconut!
Chill in freezer until ready to serve.
