Sweet And Sour Lemony Love
Another take on my latest craze—bite size protein balls. These are a great palette cleanser, the perfect snack to satiate the sweet craving or a fabulous and easy dessert packed with Vitamin C, healthy fats hello Omegas, calcium and potassium.
Ingredients
- 1 cups Dates chopped and pitted
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cups Walnuts chopped
- 1 cups Sesame seeds
- 1/4 cups Lemon juice
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened dried coconut flakes
- Coconut sugar
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except coconut flakes into food processor. Blend until mixed well. With dampened hands, roll into balls. Roll each ball in the dried coconut!
- Chill in freezer until ready to serve.
