Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Love this take on the traditional. OMG, so good and so hearty. And so good for you. Heart healthy oats bursting with beta carotene and blood loving spices.
- 1 cups Rolled or steel-cut oats
- 1 cups Mashed pumpkin or pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1 cups Coconut milk + 2 cups water
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cups Honey or maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan except oats, bring to a boil. Add oats and cook like normal.
