OMG, Ok, I know I say this often, but wow is this an amazing salad dressing, marinade or dipping sauce. Creamy and savoury, it’s a nutritional powerhouse—hello healthy fats— and a palette pleaser.
- 1 avocado
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1 Tbs fresh dill
- 1/2 Tsp raw honey
- Celtic sea salt, pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Mash all ingredients together. Then whisk for a thick watery consistency. Add to your favorite salad, use as dip, etc.
