I am completely obsessed with this high-energy, protein shake. Lately this is my antioxidant-infused breakfast. Can you believe there is fro cauliflower al dentro? Filled with detox-supportive fiber, chia seeds, provide the best plant source of those fabulous Omega-3s that protect your heart, brain, skin, joint health and are known to aid in weight loss. They also contains protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, niacin, and zinc. I drink it and can’t wait until tomorrow to do it again.
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 Tbs. chia seeds
- 1/2 frozen Acai smoothie packet
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 2-3 dates
Add the almond milk to the blender first, then the other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
