Most Perfect Protein Smoothie
I am completely obsessed with this high-energy, protein shake. Lately this is my antioxidant-infused breakfast. Can you believe there is fro cauliflower al dentro? Filled with detox-supportive fiber, chia seeds, provide the best plant source of those fabulous Omega-3s that protect your heart, brain, skin, joint health and are known to aid in weight loss. They also contains protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, niacin, and zinc. I drink it and can’t wait until tomorrow to do it again.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Almond milk unsweetened
- 1/4 cups Hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 packet Frozen acai smoothie If you can not find, skip
- 1/2 cups Frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cups Frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3-4 Ice cubes
- 2-3 Dates
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to the blender first, then the other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
