I live for this juice, can’t get enough of it. This is THE NOURISHED staple. Every single one of my clients are addicted to it. Why? Glowing skin, sparkling eyes, sky rocketing energy, weight loss, better sleep, less sugar cravings … Seriously therapy in a glass. Technically it is a smoothie as all it’s pulp is inside. But GoGo Juice just sounds better. Loaded with vitamins and minerals, calcium, protein and antioxidants, this is my standard go-to morning ritual. However, when summer is here I do switch up the apple for melon or other season al fruit. Remember you want the bulk of this refreshing drink to be green leafies. Give it 3 consecutive days, you will be hooked.
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful kale
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1-2 celery stalks
- 1 Thumbsize piece of ginger, peeled—more if you like it zingier
- 5-10 Fresh parsley or I love cilantro
- 1/2 an apple—more if you want it sweeter or whatever fruit you have: frozen pineapple or mangoes work great too
- 5-6 Cups coconut water or mix of water and coconut water.
Fill blender with water/coconut water micx. Add ingredients.
BLEND until smooth.
