Cucumber Watermelon Smoothie
This refreshing smoothie is the perfect summer hydration for hot days. (And I even get to sneak in some leafy greens). Loaded in electrolytes, magnesium, potassium, a bit of calcium and protein, I don’t think it gets any healthier or tastier. Awesome as a great alternative to my green go-go juice in the mornings, that 4 pm pick-me-up you need or a add a bit of spirits to make a fabulous cocktail (but I didnt say that!)
Ingredients
- 1 cups Coconut water
- 1 Small organic cucumber
- 1 cup Frozen watermelon
- 2-3 Organic kale leaves
- 1/2 Lime
- 5 leaves Fresh mint
Instructions
- Blend all and serve. Add ice to boost coldness factor.
