Creamy Chia Smoothie

This creamy makes the perfect quick breakfast or after workout snack. It’s high protein fills you up while the dates give it a fibre packed sweetness and the spices take you somewhere a bit more exotic. Did I mention cinnamon keeps your blood sugars even?


  • 2 cups Almond or hemp milk (or whatever your fav non dairy milk is)
  • 1 tbsp Chia
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 Medium banana
  • 3 Dates pitted and soaked overnight if possible
  • 1 tbsp Organic almond butter
  • 1 pinch Cardamon, ground ginger, nutmeg
  • 3 pinches Cinnamon
