- 2 cups almond or hemp milk (or whatever your fav non dairy milk is)
- 1 TBSP Chia
- 1TBSP Hemp seeds
- 1 medium banana
- 3 dates, pitted (soaked over night if possible) (I leave a glass container with soaked dates in my fridge)
- 1 TBSP Almond butter, organic please
- Pinch of cardamon, ground ginger, nutmeg
- 3 pinches cinnamon
