Creamy Chia Smoothie
This creamy makes the perfect quick breakfast or after workout snack. It’s high protein fills you up while the dates give it a fibre packed sweetness and the spices take you somewhere a bit more exotic. Did I mention cinnamon keeps your blood sugars even?
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond or hemp milk (or whatever your fav non dairy milk is)
- 1 tbsp Chia
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 Medium banana
- 3 Dates pitted and soaked overnight if possible
- 1 tbsp Organic almond butter
- 1 pinch Cardamon, ground ginger, nutmeg
- 3 pinches Cinnamon
