- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 TBLP Coconut Oil
- 5 Kale leaves, stems removed and leaves roughly torn
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh organic whole cranberries
- 2 dates
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon, more if you like
