Cranberry Kale Smoothie

Antioxidant, nutrient-rich and boasting with Vitamin C, this tart yet, sweet smoothie is Christmas in a cup. I especially love the little red specks from the cranberries!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Dates
  • 5 Kale leaves destemmed and leaves roughly torn
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 cup Fresh organic whole cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
