Cranberry Kale Smoothie
Antioxidant, nutrient-rich and boasting with Vitamin C, this tart yet, sweet smoothie is Christmas in a cup. I especially love the little red specks from the cranberries!
Ingredients
- 2 Dates
- 5 Kale leaves destemmed and leaves roughly torn
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut water
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 cup Fresh organic whole cranberries
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
