Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

This basic vinaigrette is easy, healthy and versatile.


  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • Add oil, honey, balsamic, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic oil to blended.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in a jar with a lid and refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Enjoy!


You can also use a mix of oils—avocado, walnut, hemp seed and olive to change up nutrient profile.
