Walnut Crusted Salmon
I love love love wild salmon and this dish wowed me. Get a super dose of your Omega 3s here with this amazing dish–just in time for salmon season. Serve with green salad and your summer dinner is ready.
- 4 OZ Wild pacific salmon
- 1/3 cups Walnuts
- 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 5 leaves Fresh basil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat oven to 450.
Place walnuts, nutritional yeast, basil, olive oil and salt in a food processor and pulse until ingredients well combined.
Spoon walnut mixture on top of salmon piece. Cover with foil and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Uncover the salmon & broil for additional 3-4 minutes.
