- 8 figs
- 2 TBLS honey (local is always best)
- 1 TBLS coconut oil
- 1/2 TBLS Vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 F. Wash and dry figs, then cut off tops and cut in quarters. Combine coconut oil, honey and vanilla and cream together. Drizzle over figs. Roast in oven for 25 minutes.
