This amazingly yummy dressing makes it easy to eat a lot of kale in one sitting. That’s a good thing. Similar to my favorite snack, kale chips. It’s so easy to make, it’ll likely become a staple in your kitchen as it is on mine.
It’s great as a side dish or when you want a savory snack. Play around like adding some canneli beans and quinoa and something a bit heartier is served.
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 head of kale, washed, dried & stems removed.
- Pinch of cayenne
Rip kale into bite sized pieces. Blend all ingredients. Pour over kale.
