1 cup chicken stock or water
1 bunch kale, cleaned and chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 cups cooked white Beans (Cannelini Beans)
2-3 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
Another Meatless Wonder. This savoury side can easily be the main attraction. Serve over quinoa and garnish with a tiny drizzle of truffle oil. Super healthy, filling and so delicious and easy.
Put kale and chicken stock into a saute pan and cook on medium high heat 5-7 minutes or until wilted. Add cooked white beans, garlic and sea salt. Cover and cook on medium heat an additional 3-5 minutes. Add water or more stock if needed.
